Year 3/4 Primary Festival Showcases The Talent In Tavistock

On the 30th January Tavistock College hosted the Year 3/4 Football Festival which saw over 230 young keen footballers taking part from 9 Primary schools in the Tavistock learning community.

On the day the children took part in a range of activities delivered by highly qualified coaches from the Devon FA, Tavistock Community FC and Plymouth Argyle's centre of excellence. Many of the children were new to football and we hope that this experience will encourage them to take part in more of the football initiatives running in conjunction with Tavistock Community Football Club in the future.

A festival for years 5/6 is planned to take place on the 29th & 30th May. This festival will be held at TCFC and will include all 15 of the local Primary schools.
